Access to the Jahrhunderthalle Bochum is at ground level and barrier-free. For seated Ruhrtriennale events, a sufficient number of seats are available for wheelchair users including accompanying persons or assistance animals with unrestricted visibility. Our service team on site will be happy to assist you.

Wheelchair seats can be reserved by calling the ticket hotline on +49 (0)221 280210. The ticket for one accompanying person is free.

Access aids make it easier for people with reduced mobility to access the grandstands in the Jahrhunderthalle Bochum.

The multi-storey car park has five disabled parking spaces; Navigation: An der Jahrhunderthalle, 44793 Bochum

If necessary, people with walking disabilities can get off directly at the Jahrhunderthalle Bochum. Please register in advance at vorderhaus@ruhrtriennale.de.

Barrier-free toilets are located in the lower foyer of the Jahrhunderthalle Bochum which can be reached via a lift.

People with impaired hearing may borrow mobile inductive hearing loops free of charge for a deposit at events at the Jahrhunderthalle Bochum and in the Kraftzentrale Duisburg. In conjunction with a suitable hearing aid, these allow the stage sound to be amplified.
