As part of RuhrBühnen*Spezial, the Maschinenhalle Zweckel in Gladbeck will become the stage for an extraordinary dance and sound experience. On Sunday, 24 August 2025, the Ruhrtriennale and the RuhrBühnen network invite you to an immersive evening – for a special price of €15.

A pulsating reinterpretation of Maurice Ravel's world-famous orchestral work Boléro takes centre stage. Together with Paris-based DJ Tatyana Jane, French artist collective Les Apaches ! bring Ravel's musical legacy to life. The classical work is transformed into a hypnotic techno track, driven by electronic beats, live mixed sounds and elaborate choreography. The evening combines music, dance and digital imagery to create a captivating experience – and makes the audience part of the production: the Maschinenhalle becomes a dance floor, the stage is set for an experience with all the senses.
